After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief to the applicant. He, therefore, came around to withdraw the Bail Application. The Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The trial Court is requested to commence the trial within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to complete the same within 6 months from framing of the charge. If the trial could not be concluded within the time-frame, the applicant may revive his prayer for bail.
