By this petition, the petitioner has putforth prayer clauses- '
A' and 'B' as under:- "A] By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct that, the respondents shall decide the application/representation dated 28-02-2022 and 12-042022 in accordance with the Circulars dated 20-09-2005 and 02-02-2011.
B] By issuing a writ mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct that, the respondents shall delete the names o earlier land owner 1. Sarsabai Asaram Kulane, 2. Saluba Asaram Kulane and 3. Kasabai Karbhari Kanule from the revenue
(2) wp5290.22 record of land Gut No.975 village Bidkin, Tq. Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad forthwith.
B] By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct that, the respondent No.1 shall initiate departmental inquiry/action against the erring lower revenue officers for inaction on their part to properly implement the Circulars dated 20-09-2005 and 02-02-2011."

Considering that the first prayer of the petitioner is that the respondent should decide the pending representations dated 28-02-2022 and 12-04-2022, in accordance with the circulars dated 20-09-2005 and 02-02-2011, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to follow the due procedure and respond to the representation dated 28-02-2022, within a period of 60 days from today. Needless to state that, he shall offer a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the stake holders and pass a reasoned order to be communicated to the petitioner with promptitude.
