The limited relief claimed by the petitioner is that, the proposal is forwarded by the Principal that is Respondent No. 6 to the respondent No. 3 for pay fixation (Exhibit 'O') on 01.03.2016 and the same is received by the office of Respondent No. 2 on 02.03.2016. However, the same is not

( 2 ) wp 5190.18 decided.

The learned A.G.P. submits that in case the proposal is pending, authority shall decide the same in accordance with law. 4.

In case, the proposal for pay fixation is pending with Respondent No. 3 (Exhibit 'O'), then the Respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within six (06) months from today. Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
