The petitioner is awaiting allotment of Shalarth ID evolved for disbursal of salary. The proposal forwarded by him and addressed to respondent - Education Officer is stated to have not been processed by him further when he is supposed to forward it to respondent - Deputy Director of Education.

Considering the fact that already the petitioner's appointment has been duly approved by the Education Department, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) to process the proposal received by him from the Headmaster dated 06.02.2024 (Exhibit-D), on its own merits
