The petitioner is aggrieved as respondent No.2- Municipal Corporation is not taking steps against respondent No.3 to remove her unauthorized construction/encroachment. The petitioner has also moved a representation dated 04-03-2022 which is pending before respondent No.2. By the said representation, she has prayed that the encroachment be removed.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a

(2) wp5409.22 direction to respondent No.2-Municipal Corporation to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04-03-2022 by following the due procedure laid down in law and by affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the concerned stake holders, preferably on or before 30-09-2022.
