The Petitioner's grievance set out in his Application dated 29th August, 2023 addressed to the Tahsildar, Kaij, can be decided by the Sub Divisional Committee in the light of the Circular dated 13th February, 2015 issued by the Divisional Commissioner's Office (Revenue Department), Aurangabad.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a directions to the Tahsildar, Kaij to place the said Application before the Competent Committee within 15 days from today. Thereafter, the Competent Committee would follow the due procedure laid down in law and deal with the said Application of the Petitioner, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the Application from the Tahsildar, Kaij.
