Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to file a comprehensive representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad and the said authority may be directed to decide the said representation, in accordance with the Government Policy as reflected in the Government Resolution dated 1st March, 2014 issued by School Education & Sports Department, Maharashtra Government, Mantralaya, Mumbai.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the

4929.15wp petitioner to file comprehensive representation for redressal of his grievance raised in the petition to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad. On filing such representation, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad to decide the same, in accordance with the Government Policy and taking into consideration other relevant aspects, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from receipt of the representation.
