Present civil applications are filed seeking amendment in the memo of writ petitions.

The learned counsel for applicants submit that, because of

2 ca 4935.20 subsequent developments that is issuance of fresh advertisement amendment is necessitated.

We have also heard, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

The petitions are at the stage of admission. Even otherwise non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the contentions sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

In view of the above, the civil applications to the extent of amendment are allowed. The civil applications are disposed of. 6.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one (01) week from today.
