This matter was not on board. A motion was moved at 10.30 a.m., stating therein that a Municipal Appeal proceeding under Section 44(3) of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965, was pending before the District Collector, Nanded, and orders have not been passed. We, therefore, listed this matter on the Production Board.

The learned A.G.P. places before us a communication from the District Collector, Nanded, dated 08/06/2022, indicating that the proceeding mentioned in prayer clause (C) of the present petition would be decided within 15 days. The said

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

We expect respondent No.2 - District Collector, Nanded, to decide the pending Municipal Appeal, by pronouncing a reasoned order, on or before 30/06/2022.
