Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

At the outset, in ABA/649/2025, the learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application in respect of applicant No.1 - Pramod Vijay Aatar, after arguing the matter for some time. Leave is granted. The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn to the extent of applicant 1 of
No.1 - Pramod Vijay Aatar. Interim protection granted to applicant No.1 by order dated 17/04/2025 stands vacated.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0185/2025 dated 24/03/2025, registered with Karjat Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 115(2), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, and subsequently added Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, as well as Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act.

The grievous head injury sustained by the informant is attributed to accused Pramod Vijay Aatar. Consequently, the application on his behalf has been withdrawn by his Counsel. As regards the other injuries sustained, they are simple in nature. It is also noted that there is a pending civil dispute between the parties concerning land, and criminal cases have been filed against each other.

Considering the strained relations between the parties and the pending civil litigation, the possibility of false implication of the present applicants/accused cannot be ruled out. The main accused, against whom the grievous injury is alleged, has already withdrawn the application. 6.
In view of the above, the applications are allowed on the following 2 of
terms: - i] In the event of arrest in connection with the said FIR, applicant No.1 - Somnath Harichandra Aatar, applicant No.2 - Rajendra @ Raju Laxman Aatar, and applicant No.3 - Santosh Laxman Aatar in ABA/648/2025, as well as applicant No.2 - Navnath Harichandra Aatar and applicant No.3 - Ajinath Harichandra Aatar in ABA/649/2025, shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.20,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
ii] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 25/04/2025 and 26/04/2025 between 10.30 a.m. to 01.30 p.m. and also attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
iii] The applicants shall not get involved in any kind of scuffle with the informant or his family members.
iv] The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner, nor shall they influence the informant, witnesses, or any other persons concerned with the case.
v] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation as well as in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event the applicants violate any of the above conditions, the 3 of
protection granted under this order will be liable to be cancelled. 8.
It is clarified that the observations made herein are confined to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail applications. The trial Court shall proceed with the case uninfluenced by any of the observations made in this order.

The applications stand disposed of.
