After hearing the parties for some time, following order is passed :

ORDER

a) The Civil Application is partly allowed and disposed off.

b) Applicant Nos. 1, 4 and 5 are permitted to withdraw 50% amount alongwith accrued interest on the deposited amount to their extent as per the award passed by the learned Member

37ca5510.24 withdraw MACT, Beed in MACP No. 341 of 2020 which is deposited and lying in this Court.

c) 50% amount of their share be fixed in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized Bank to be renewed periodically till disposal of the appeal.

d) The amount to the extent of applicant Nos.2 and 3 since they are minor shall be kept in Fixed Deposits and they are entitled to make an application for withdrawal after attending majority.
