Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in other companion matters, this Court has stayed the execution of the awards impugned in the said appeals subject to deposit of 60 per cent of the amount of the award by the acquiring body. The respondent has not disputed correctness of the submission so made. In that view of the matter, following order is passed:

ORDER

1.

The execution of the award impugned in the present appeal shall stand stayed subject to deposit of 60 per cent of the amount of the award in this Court by the appellant within twelve weeks from the date of this order.

2.
