The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause "A", which reads as under :- "A. Issue writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of direction to respondent no. 1 to 3 to decide the representation of the petitioners dt. 2.1.2023 seeking payment of difference amount and to start the pension to the petitioners in view of order of the Hon'ble Apex Court dt. 7.9.2022 in Civil Appeal No. 6531-6533 of 2022 as the petitioners were working as Muster Assistant".

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation of the Petitioners would be considered in the light of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, if not yet considered, on its own merits.
