This Court had passed an order on 04/05/2018. Interim protection was granted to the petitioner only on the condition that he would deposit Rs.15,00,000/- with the bank. Since he did not deposit the amount, the ad-interim protection stood auto-vacated. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the Bank has already taken the physical possession of his property and has also sold it. He, therefore, desires to withdraw this petition and take

WP 4471-2018 recourse to a remedy as is permissible in law. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. The pending civil application does not survive and stands disposed off.
