The petitioner was before this Court with a grievance that the order of this Court is not complied with. Notice was issued on 10th January, 2018. On 16th October, 2018 the matter was adjourned at the request of respondent No.4.

Today, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 tendered affidavit in reply at bar and invited our attention to the annexure along with the affidavit in reply and submitted that amount to the tune of Rs.4,50,173/- is disbursed by way of cheque dated 1st November, 2018 in favour of the petitioner. Our attention was also invited to the copy of statement placed on record i.e. an admission by the petitioner duly signed by him that the petitioner received cheque to the tune of Rs.4,50,173/- on 3rd November, 2018. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also fairly admits that there is compliance of the order of this Court. Though it was submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that there is delay in compliance but he

(3) fairly admits that the amount is received by the petitioner, no further grievance survives.
