Grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not granted senior pay scale to the petitioner and yearly increment for the year 2016 2.

The learned Counsel for the management-school submits that as the petitioner was absent inspite of repeated notices, petitioner is not entitled to the senior pay scale and yearly increment as asked for, which was already stopped.

It is for the management-respondents No.2 & 3 to consider the said aspect and send the proposal to the Education Officer-respondent No.2. The management shall submit the proposal to the Education Officer of the senior pay scale and yearly increment for the year 2016 alongwith its notings and remarks, within a period of two months from today. The Education Officer on receipt of the said proposal, shall take decision upon it, preferably within a period of three months.
