The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is not issued with certificate of Diploma in Special Education (Hearing Impaired). 2.

An affidavit is filed by the respondent No.2 to the effect that the petitioner had not applied for registration in the category of special Educator (Hearing Impaired).

The petitioner shall file the necessary application to that effect. On receipt of the application, the respondent No.2 shall take

{2} 35 - WP 5278 of 2017 decision upon it within three months from the date of receipt of the application for registration in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
