This petition was filed in 2004 challenging the impugned order passed by respondent no.3/Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, refusing to pay resalary to the petitioner though she said that approval to her appointment as Teacher as earlier given. At interim stage, the petitioner's grievance was mitigated. Aas per the interim order, the petitioner secured last three years salary and continue of her salary for the future.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that now the petitioner is well placed and is promoted

2 WP 1481/2004 to the post of Head Master. She has no grievance. The petitioner has served its purpose. However, it is made clear that the effect of the interim order shall continue in favour of the petitioner. In view of this, the petition stands disposed of in terms of interim order passed on 25th November, 2004.
