This is a motion is for speaking to the minutes of order dated 23.04.2025.

The learned advocate points out that in fact it is a matter of registration of four motor vehicles regarding which separate applications were submitted in the prescribed form off-line. He points out that erroneously word 'online' has appeared in paragraph no.1 and erroneously even the other applications except (Page 17), have not been mentioned in paragraph no.2.

We have heard both the sides.

Words 'online' from first paragraph shall be deleted. 5.

The number 30, 43 & 56 shall be added after number 17 before closure of the bracket.

The Motion is disposed of. Necessary corrections be carried out and a fresh order be uploaded.

The petitioner - Trust alleges that in spite of submission of application for registration of its motor vehicles in the prescribed form, respondent No.4 is sitting tight for last more than three to four years.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to decide the petitioner's applications dated 01.03.2019 (Page - 17, 30, 43 & 56) in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within five weeks.
