2) Delay of 446 days has occurred in filing the present appeal. This Court, vide order passed on 24th November, 2014, has directed the appellant/State to explain the causes for delay during the period from 16.11.2010 to 5.11.2011. Accordingly, an additional affidavit has been filed sworn by Dr. Pratap Kale, the Sub Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Latur.

The delay has occurred because of the procedural compliances and needs to be condoned. The application is allowed. The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned.
