Perused the application. The execution and implementation of the impugned award is hereby stayed subject to condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon, in this court, within a period of 12 weeks from today, failure to which the stay order granted by this court shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this court and the respondents are at liberty to execute the award in the executing court as per the provisions of law. Accordingly, civil application for stay stands disposed of.
