The application is filed for condonation of delay of 42 days caused in filing revision against the judgment and order of L.A.R. No.680/2007. Heard the both sides. In view of contents of the application and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient caused is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Issue notice on civil revision application. It is waived by the learned Assistant Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the acquiring body. List the matter for final disposal at admission stage. Stand over to 8/9/2015.
