Learned counsel for the applicants submit that this Court has allowed the applicants to withdraw the 50% amount on furnishing solvent surety in the like amount. The applicants are ready to furnish bank guarantee instead of solvent surety, hence requested to allow the applicants to furnish bank guarantee for withdrawal of 50% amount instead of solvent surety. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B of the application. Applicants are permitted to withdraw the 50% amount by furnishing bank
