The Scrutiny Committee is not accepting the validation proceeding of the petitioner on the ground that the caste certificate issued to the petitioner is not in proper form 'C'. 3.
We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We have also heard the learned Government Pleader. 4.
The petitioner shall file an application with Respondent No.2 for issuance of tribe certificate or caste certificate of "Tokare Koli" tribe in proper form 'C'. The petitioner shall also tender the original certificate issued to him on

Respondent No.2, on receipt of the original tribe certificate dated 30.09.2015 from the petitioner, shall issue fresh tribe certificate to the petitioner in proper form 'C' within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of application along with earlier original tribe certificate by the petitioner. Upon receipt of the tribe certificate in proper form, the petitioner may forward his proposal to the Respondent No.1 - Committee, which the committee shall accept and if it is complete in all respects shall decide the same on its own merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
