PER COURT :- 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, he has been absorbed in a school at Taluka Jintur, District Parbhani. He has joined on 1.11.2017 at Balak Mandir, Pre-Secondary School, Jintur. He, therefore, submits that the issue of off line payment from 1.10.2016 to 31.10.2017 can be a subject matter to be considered by respondent No.3 - Education Officer. The petitioner will submit a proper representation to respondent No.3, putting forth the claim for such off line payment and the same can be considered expeditiously.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to akl/d

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2 - WRIT PETITION NO. 5447 OF 2012 the petitioner to make such a representation within four weeks. Respondent No.3 shall decide the said representation as per the Rules and provisions applicable and upon hearing the concerned Educational Institution as well as the petitioner, shall pass an appropriate order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

In this view of the matter, pending Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed off.
