Mr. Patil, the learned counsel submits that, appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is approved by the respondent authority. Thereafter, management submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher on regular pay scale. Though the same is submitted on 14.03.2016, no decision has been taken upon it. The petitioner is appointed prior to the G. R. of 2012. When the petitioner was appointed there was no ban on recruitment.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

In case proposal submitted by the head master is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. It shall also consider that the petitioner was appointed in the year 2011. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
