The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under :- B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the Respondents may kindly be directed to record the entries i.e. the area of land of petitioner i.e. 3.55 H.R. by showing it in front of - the word Bagayat (Irrigated) Land, instead of showing it in front of the word Jirayat (Non-Irrigated) Land, in regards to the Agricultural Land bearing Gat No. 373 situated at village Ralesangvi, Tq. Bhoom, Dist. Osmanabad, in the interest of justice.

The learned AGP submits that the grievance of the petitioner to the extent of prayer clause 'B' can be considered by respondent no. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :-

WP No.6714/22 (a) The petitioner shall file an appropriate representation before respondent no. 3.

(b) After receipt of such representation, the said authority shall consider the same by following the due procedure laid down in law and by giving opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30th December 2022.
