The Applicant has filed this Application as he was apprehending arrest in Crime No.0476/2024, registered with Shirdi Police Station, Dist. Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ( for short, 'I.P.C.'). 3.

The case of the Prosecution is that, the Applicant sold the Bus bearing No.MH-15-FV-3859 to the Informant for consideration of Rs.11,35,000/- (Rs. Eleven Lakh Thirty Five Thousand). The Bus was also handed over to the Informant on the day of purchase. Subsequently, the Applicant asked the Informant to send the Bus for the

purpose of transferring the name and get the Bus with him. The possession of Bus was given to the Applicant. When the Informant contacted the Applicant for the Bus, the Applicant refused to return the said vehicle, and therefore the said Crime was registered. 4.

Perusal of the papers made available by the learned APP shows that, the said vehicle i.e. Bus, is in the possession of the Informant pursuant to the order dated 16.05.2025 passed by the learned Magistrate, Rahata. The investigation is almost complete. The Applicant was protected by interim order dated 05.05.2025 on certain conditions. According to the learned APP, the Applicant has abided by the conditions. Considering the nature of the offence and above referred aspects, in my view the interim relief needs to be confirmed. Hence, the order.

(i) Interim Order dated 05.05.2025 is confirmed.

(ii) Application stands disposed off.
