Insofar as the Civil Applications for restoration are concerned, for the reasons stated in the said Civil Applications, the same are allowed in terms of prayer clauses B and C. The said Civil Applications are, accordingly, disposed of.

*2* 924.ca.5492.17.group Time is extended by one week to carryout the amendment. Insofar as the Civil Applications for stay are concerned, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount under the award within a week. In view of the above statement, pending the hearing and final disposal of the First Appeals, the execution, implementation and operation of the impugned judgments and awards under the appeals are hereby stayed on the condition that the Applicant/ Appellant shall deposit the entire amount under the awards with accrued interest thereon, in this Court, within a period of 01 (one) week from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. The Civil Applications for stay are, accordingly, disposed of.
