ORDER :

Petitioner has received family pension amount and it is brought to our notice by the respondent that since the husband of the petitioner was terminated by order dated 06.03.2002, he was not entitled for the pensionary benefits as per 6th and 7th Pay Commission. 2.

In view of the compliance of the order, contempt petition is disposed of.
