This civil application has been fled seeking the following reliefs :- B) The applicant may kindly be allowed to add present respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as party respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in Writ Petition No.

9560/2019.

- 2 - C) The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may kindly be directed to declare the result of the petitioner of Third (III) MBBS-Winter-2020, allow the petitioner to complete internship.

D) Pending hearing and fnal disposal of this Writ petition, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may kindly be directed to declare the result of the petitioner of Third (III) MBBS-Winter-2020, allow the petitioner to complete internship.

Today, when the matter is called upon, learned counsel for the applicant submits that result of the applicant has been declared by the University. Therefore, prayer clauses (C) and (D) have become redundant. In such circumstances, applicant would confne to prayer clause (B) i.e. addition of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as respondents in the related writ petition being Writ Petition No. 9560/2019.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, prayer made is allowed. Accordingly, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in the present application are added as respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in Writ Petition No. 9560/2019. Necessary correction by way of

- 3 - amendment be carried out by the petitioner forthwith. 5.

Civil application is disposed of.
