The applicant has put forth prayer clause B seeking a direction to respondent No.5, in-charge Headmistress of the school to submit the salary bills of the applicant from January, 2021 onwards.

The learned advocate representing respondent No.5 submits, on instructions, that the salary bills have not only been forwarded before this Civil Application could be filed, they have also been sanctioned and the money would be credited to the salary bank account of the applicant. There is a possibility that monies may have already been credited. He further submits that respondent No.5 would continue to forward the salary bills of the applicant unless there is any legal impediment.

The learned AGP submits that in the event of offline salary bill having been submitted by respondent No.5 towards the salary payment of the applicant, respondent No.2, whose sanction for offline bill is necessary, would do the needful within 10 days from today.

In view of the above, as the grievance of the applicant is redressed and there is a clear assurance that the pending amounts would be surely credited to his account and future salary payments would also be made in accordance with the rules and procedure, save and except for any legal impediment, this Civil Application is worked out and is, therefore, disposed off.

Respondent No.5 shall ensure that no name of any teaching or non teaching staff would be excluded from the salary bills unless it is so warranted under any provision of law. 6.

List the pending Writ Petition No.14297/2018 for admission hearing on 18.08.2021.
