The applicant/appellant herein has been convicted for the offences punishable under Section 354-A of Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three years and five years, respectively.

The applicant is behind the bars since twenty one months. Considering the fact that the appeal is not likely to come up for hearing in the near future, during pendency of the appeal, the substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended.

The applicant be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount, on condition that the applicant shall not enter village Jategaon, Tq. Phulambri, Dist. Aurangabad. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
