By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus against respondent No.2 to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 20.04.2022, which is pending before the said Authority.

Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the said representation within eight (8) weeks from today. The order that would be passed and communicated to the petitioner within one (1) week thereafter. If the order is adverse against the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. 4.
Writ Petition is allowed in the above terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No order as to costs.
