On hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. as well, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the application on merits. The learned counsel for the applicant came around to withdraw the application. He, however, informs that the applicant is HIV positive and in future if he is required to move the Sessions Court or this Court to seek bail on medical grounds, the liberty be kept open. With this liberty, the Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
