The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has narrated a chequered history beginning from her being declared surplus, then followed with her absorption, then her performance of duties with Respondent No.3 school for some time, again being disengaged as a Senior Teacher till again being absorbed. The Petitioner submits that she will have to approach the Education Officer to seek deployment in some other school by way of absorption since she continuous to be a surplus teacher.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off.

As the Petitioner desires to approach Respondent No.2 Education Officer and she has only two years of service left, we would appreciate if the Education Officer would consider her case with promptitude and depending upon the availability of a post in the light of her qualifications and her seniority, facilitate her absorption as expeditiously as possible.
