Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent-State.

This is a successive application for anticipatory bail after dismissal of his previous application by this Court on 05.09.2022. As the applicant was intended to go to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the interim protection was extended for three weeks. However, it appears that the applicant did not go to the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the order of this Court. A detail order running pages was passed. Considering all aspects of the matter, the anticipatory bail was denied.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that now one year has been lapsed. Hence, his successive anticipatory

911-ABA.540-23.odt bail application may be considered. The Court did not agree with this argument that lapsing a time is a change-incircumstance. There is no change-in-circumstances. 4.

For the above reasons, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed.
