The learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that, though Mr. Mandlik, the learned senior counsel sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail alternate remedy. No costs. 3.

The interim order passed on 08.05.2015 is continued for further period of eight (08) days from today so as to enable the

2 wp 4943.15 petitioners to file the necessary application before the M. A. T. Needless to state on lapse of said period, the interim order shall come to an end.
