On 26th April, 2023, we had passed the following order :- 1.

The Petitioner's dues under a settlement with the employer, for an amount of Rs.9,85,009/-, along with interest which is yet to be calculated, are due and payable. 2.

Since Shri Shinde appears for the M.S.R.T.C., Aurangabad Region, he has caused an appearance and makes a statement that he would take instructions and address the Court on 2nd May, 2023.

On 2nd May, 2023, the M.S.R.T.C. shall inform us as regards the total number of employees, who have not been paid the admitted amounts under the settlement and/or retiral benefts on the plea of paucity of funds by the M.S.R.T.C. 4.

List this petition on 2nd May, 2023 for passing orders. 2.

The learned advocate representing the MSRTC submits, on instructions from respondent no. 4, who is present in the court, that the arrears of retired employees have been cleared upto January-2021. The petitioners superannuated on 31st July, 2021.

2 909-WP-4744-2023.odt Within 90 days, the dues of the petitioner would be cleared. The petitioner is satisfied.

By recording the above statement, this petition is disposed off. If the amounts are not paid within 90 days, the same shall carry interest @ 6% p.a. from the date of retirement of the petitioner.
