I have verified the signature appearing on the communication and the signature appearing on the Civil Application, which was filed by the widow for being brought on record as her husband had passed away. Since the signatures appear to be identical and as the learned Advocate for the petitioner has no instructions, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn in view of the communication Exhibit "X" and the statement of the Advocate for Respondents 1 and 2.
