Considering the submissions made by the counsel appearing for the respective parties, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation, Latur, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Commissioner and the remaining amount shall be kept in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank till the disposal of the appeal.
