Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon, I am inclined to allow the applicants to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this Court on certain conditions. Hence, the following order:

(I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court 3.
