The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners are pending with respondent no. 1 since the year-2019 and 18.03.2020.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents.

In case the proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners (Page No. 52 and

59) are pending with respondent no. 1, then

2 wp 6747.2021 respondent no. 1 shall decide the same of on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within six (06) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
