The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the charge-sheet in the matter has been filed. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application No. 720/2025, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court.

Considering the request, Anticipatory Bail Application No. 720/2025 is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to approach the Trial Court for filing a fresh bail application.
