PER COURT :- 1) After having heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned Counsel appearing for respondent / acquiring body, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant / acquiring body in this Court on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them and amount of compensation is decreased, they will redeposit the amount, as may be specified, in the period prescribed by the Court. The balance 50 per cent amount is permitted to withdrawn on submitted Bank Guarantee by claimants of the equal amount.
