The petitioner's forlough leave application preferred in the month of December2023 is still to be decided finally. 3.

It is being pointed out that the surety that was offered by the petitioner refused to stand and subsequently he made a request for allowing him to furnish only the personal recognizance. In view of such subsequent request, his initial application seems to be not decided finally.

Be that as it may, irrespective and independent of the subsequent request of the petitioner, the respondent no. 1 shall consider and decide the petitioner's application for furlough leave
