Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5. We have also heard the learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3.

The limited relief claimed by the petitioners in the present matters is that graduate teachers' pay scale is not provided to the petitioners. The petitioners have given representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed. The same are not decided as yet.

Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5, on instructions, submits that the representations of the petitioners would be decided within a period of two months. The statement is accepted.

In view of the said statement, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
