Vide the present writ petition the relief sought by the petitioner is to the extent of seeking direction against the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 23.12.2010. 3.

It would be seen that, a notice dated 25.02.2011 was already issued by the Director of Hand loom, Power loom, Textile with regard to the validity of the membership on 25.02.2011. Five years have lapsed. The said proceedings must have already

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
