Mr. Dhorde, the learned senior counsel submits that, the petitioner has complied with the requirements. The certificate of Grade - A has been issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has installed the complete plant and machinery with Extrusion Technology as per the guidelines. The respondent No. 3 has inspected the plant and machinery and thereafter submitted the report. Upon receipt of the said report, the respondent No. 3 has issued Grade - A certificate. The agreement for the remaining

2 wp 4932.15 period is also executed by the authorities in favour of the petitioner.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader also.

The learned senior counsel submits that, in view of that, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to apply again if occasion arises.
