Mr. N.D. Sonavane, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners would restrict their prayer to the extent of review filed by them be directed to be decided expeditiously.

In case, the review application filed by the petitioners is pending before the competent authority, the competent authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of this order.
